I have watched Star Wars: Episode IV – A New Hope, many time and even saw it in the theater when it first came out in 1977.  There is one scene that has always bothered me and that is the scene where Luke finds his aunt and uncle dead. The scene shows two burned skeletons in front of the dwelling.  A simple question, when did Storm-troopers use flame throwers?

Perhaps they were not killed by Storm-troopers but by someone else.  Someone who had more to gain by the deaths of two moisture farmers than anyone else…. Obi-Wan Kenobi.

Here are some of the facts.
1) Obi-Wan Kenobi was sent to Tatooine by Yoda and instructs Obi-Wan to give Luke to Anakin’s stepbrother, Owen Lars and to keep Luke hidden from the empire.
2) Owen Lars is not a blood relative of Luke.
3) Owen and Beru Lars never have children of their own.
4) Owen and Possible Beru know Darth Vader is Luke’s father.
5) Owen dislikes Obi-Wan and Owen tells Luke that Obi-Wan is a crazy old wizard.
6) Owen makes up excuses why Luke can’t go join the academy.
7) Obi-Wan doesn’t remember R2D2 or C3PO?
8) The Storm-troopers don’t know who Luke is and are going door to door looking for the droids which means they have no leads. Also Darth Vader is unaware there is a person named Luke Skywalker has the droids. If the Storm-troopers had captured Owen and Beru and tortured them, they would have found out who Luke was so they had to be silenced.

If Obi-Wan didn’t kill them himself, he sent someone to do it for him.
